1. Who we are
The site lumibedtime.com and the related services are operated by LUMI BED TIME SRL, a Romanian limited company with its registered office in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. In this document, "Lumi", "we", and "the company" all refer to LUMI BED TIME SRL.
2. Scope
These terms govern the relationship between you ("the Customer") and Lumi when you reserve or buy the Lumi projector and the access to the associated mobile app, as well as your general use of the site.
3. Orders and payment
Products are listed in lei, VAT included. At present, placing an order represents a waitlist reservation: no payment is taken until Lumi confirms stock availability and sends you a payment link.
Lumi reserves the right to cancel or adjust any order in case of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
4. Shipping
We ship by express courier within Romania, using the method you selected at checkout. Indicative delivery is 1–2 working days after Lumi confirms dispatch. Risk of loss passes to the Customer when the parcel is handed over by the courier.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law and Romanian GEO 34/2014, the Customer (acting as a consumer) has the right to withdraw within 30 days of receiving the product, without reason. Contact us at contact@lumibedtime.com to exercise this right. Lumi covers return shipping for unused products in original condition.
6. Warranty
All Lumi products come with a 2-year commercial warranty in addition to the statutory legal warranty of conformity. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear or damage caused by misuse.
7. AI-generated content
The Lumi app lets you generate stories and synthetic voices. Generated content is for personal and family use. The Customer is responsible for not using the service to create illegal, defamatory, or rights-infringing content.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lumi's liability is limited to the value of the ordered products. Lumi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Disputes
Disputes are first attempted in good faith. If unresolved, Romanian customers may contact the National Consumer Protection Authority (anpc.ro) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
10. Changes
Lumi may update these terms periodically. The version on the site at the time of an order applies to that order.
